The M48B which was still marked the M48A for some reason featured more stamped parts, such as the magazine follower, trigger guard, trigger, and upper barrel band. Meaning, most of the smaller parts will interchange between the standard 98 and the shorter Yugo, actually an Intermediate length Mauser. I love collecting older military rifles.
